I am writing to you and your team in appreciation of the professional and thorough manner in which you handled our enquiries & concerns regarding window tinting to reduce heat in some rooms of our sub penthouse which resulted in a change of mind for the Body Corporate who were very negative toward any form of window tinting.

Their main concern being the aesthetic & reflective effects to the building while our main concern was the extreme temperature we were experiencing (in excess of 40C) in west facing rooms despite the screen blinds being pulled down all day. This did nothing to resolve our problem with the heat while at the same time blocking our magnificent views.

After calling up several companies & having them offer their advice we were no closer to a solution until we saw your yellow pages entry stating that a new technology called “Smart Films” would block more heat than darker tinting while allowing twice as much light as standard films & all this without changing the appearance of the glass. Of course we were sceptical at first but thought we would contact you for an appraisal.

The rest is history needless to say & from the literature & samples you left with us we were very excited, but were especially impressed later with the inability of some of the committee members to recognise which glass pane in their meeting room had been treated with ClearView.

We would like to unreservedly thank you for helping us to see our first summer through with comfortable temperatures (12C less) whilst not being aware of any difference to our windows & the lovely unaltered view we enjoy by day & night.
